Xuemin Chi

About

I am currently a Ph.D. student in Control Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University, where I work under the guidance of Zhitao Liu. My research is primarily focused on the areas of path planning and trajectory optimization for robotics. 

My research interest is in applying geometry-based representation and optimization techniques for planning and trajectory optimization in robotics.

I am funded by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) for a 2-year extended research visit at the Idiap Research Institute and EPFL in Switzerland, where I am collaborating with Dr. Sylvain Calinon
